The platform's role

Propertesy is a venue that lets owners, agents and buyers list and discover property. We are not a party to, broker of, or guarantor of any transaction. We do not own, sell, value or inspect the properties listed.

Listings & content

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what they post and must have the right to list it. We review listings but do not warrant their accuracy, title, approvals or availability. Some listings may be aggregated from public sources. We may edit, reject or remove any listing.

User conduct

You agree not to post false, fraudulent, infringing or unlawful content, scrape the site, or misuse contact details. Misuse may lead to suspension.

Buyer responsibility

Always independently verify property documents, ownership, RERA status, approvals and dues, and seek professional legal/financial advice before paying any money.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propertesy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from dealings between users or reliance on listing information. Services are provided "as is". These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
